Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Selection
1. Eaton Manor Win a Wedding competition is free of charge to entrants who make a new wedding enquiry between Thursday 28th March and Tuesday 30th April 2024. The draw will be made after Tuesday 30th April 2024, and the winner will be notified on Friday 3rd May 2024. The winner must confirm their chosen date by Friday 31st May 2024. The chosen date must be between the present day and Saturday 31st May 2025 inclusive.

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition.
2. Entrants will only be entitled to enter once as a couple, duplicate entries will be removed.
3. By entering the competition the entrants agree that they provide us with a review following the event, and that images and video from the day may be used for Eaton Manor’s marketing purposes both online and in print.
The Prize
1. One winning couple will be allocated and one prize is available. If we are unable to contact the winner within 5 days, the prize will be given to another entry.
2. No cash alternative and once booked the wedding date is not transferable.
3. This competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. The prize includes:
  - Exclusive use of the Events Centre from 2pm the day before until 2pm the day after, for up to 80 people (additional charges apply for numbers over 80).
  - Events Manager – on hand from the initial show round to the coordination of the day.
  - Tables and chairs (alternatives available at an additional cost).
  - Garden Cottage from 4pm the day before until midday the day after your wedding, including a continental breakfast hamper the morning after your wedding.
5. The prize WILL NOT INCLUDE the provision of any of the following, all of which must be considered by the couple before entering the competition. The list is not exhaustive but is provided as a prompt for entrants to consider their additional personal budget and choices required:
  - Accommodation for your guests – but there is the option to exclusively hire the whole estate at an additional cost.
  - Linen and chair covers
  - Catering and drinks
  - Waiting on and bar staff
  - Glasses, crockery and cutlery
  - Flowers and decorations.
  - Entertainment
  - Registrar, Celebrant or Church fees.
6. Additional costs over and above the venue hire will be required 3 months prior to the Event Date.
General Conditions
1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and those of Eaton Manor Wedding Terms and Conditions and Wedding Rules.
2. Eaton Manor reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
