Large Indoor Spaces for Filming
We have a unique Events Centre featuring two large and versatile rooms, The Banqueting Room and The Heywood Room (each approx. 220m²). These rooms provide the perfect blank canvas in which film sets can be created. Adjacent to the Events Centre is a huge indoor archery range (over 70m in length), also a perfect covered space in which to build sets.

The Banqueting Room is light and airy with 3 sets of French doors leading out to the idyllic and secluded Secret Garden, with amazing views stretching down the valley. Next to the Archery Range is the Playing Field, a very large, flat grassed area by which the babbling Eaton Brook flows. There is also a quintessentially English Croquet Lawn as well.

Unique Spaces for Filming
The estate is home to eight holiday cottages, all unique in their style and finish, including the dramatic Manor House, dating from the 17th century and built on the site of a much older dwelling traced back to the 11th century Norman Conquest. Set at the heart of the estate, The Manor House stands in an acre of walled gardens, with Eaton Brook flowing at the bottom of the garden. The house itself retains its original style with a wealth of interesting historic features, such as Timber framed walls, exposed oak floors, doors and beams, original flagstones and even an indoor well.
