Set within a private 500-acre estate, it’s the perfect place to unwind after Christmas and welcome the New Year at your own pace.
For New Year, remaining availability is now limited to our two large holiday cottages: The Manor House and Toad Hall, both ideal for larger family gatherings and celebrations.

What is a Twixmas break?
A Twixmas break is a holiday taken between Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, usually from 27 to 30 December. It’s the perfect chance to relax after Christmas and enjoy a few extra days away before returning to your everyday routine.
Does Eaton Manor have holiday cottages with hot tubs?
Yes. Several of our luxury holiday cottages feature private hot tubs, ideal for relaxing during your festive break.
Are your cottages dog friendly?
Absolutely! We love welcoming dogs at Eaton Manor. Our cottages have enclosed outdoor spaces, and we provide a doggy welcome hamper for them. There are plenty of walks across the estate for dogs and their owners to enjoy, and a warm dog wash for afterwards.
How many people can stay in Manor House and Toad Hall?
The Manor House can sleep 14 people in 7 ensuite bedrooms, while Toad Hall can sleep 14 people in 6 ensuite bedrooms.
Is Eaton Manor suitable for multi-generational family holidays?
Absolutely. Our cottages are popular with extended families thanks to their spacious living areas, flexible bedroom arrangements and safe outdoor spaces.

Can we arrange food for our stay?
Yes. You can arrange grocery deliveries with either Tesco, Sainsbury’s, or Waitrose for your arrival.
