Garden Cottage offers single-story ensuite accommodation for 3 people in 2 bedrooms – perfect for a romantic break or a small family cottage holiday.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom:

The Master Bedroom boasts a grand Queen Anne-style mahogany four-poster bed and has a TV, as well as an ensuite with bath and overhead shower.

The Pennington Bedroom is set up as a single bedroom and has an ensuite wetroom. The shower area has a curtain surround and no raised threshold, and there is a grab rail in the shower area.

This dog-friendly cottage has solid oak floors and underfloor heating throughout making it delightfully warm and cosy in colder months, but it also has two sets of double doors leading out to different parts of the garden making it light and fresh in warmer months.

The sitting room has large double doors which lead out onto the private courtyard with views towards the Wenlock Edge, whilst the second set of doors lead out to the patio with hot tub and enclosed garden. There is also a Smart TV.

There is also a modern, well-equipped kitchen which is perfect for self-catering, containing a microwave, electric cooker, fridge, and freezer and there is also a washer-dryer in the cottage.

The garden at Garden Cottage is large, enclosed and private with a spacious patio and a secluded courtyard as well.

The courtyard is very picturesque and sunny, and the patio area is complete with charcoal barbeque and garden furniture. We have recently installed a brand-new hot tub to make your stay all the more relaxing.

The main garden area has a large flat lawn and is fully enclosed, so it is safe for children and dogs. There is a further secluded but unenclosed garden area beyond this which is accessed by a gate from the main garden area, and leads to Eaton Brook (which isn’t fenced off here).

There is a very large, shared games barn on the estate and a huge playing field, both of which are just a short stroll from Garden Cottage.

There is also a swimming at our pool available for private use, just a short walk away, from the beginning of April to the end of October.

Garden Cottage has ample, safe off-road parking.

For a relaxing hot tub break in Shropshire, look no further than Garden Cottage.

The recently installed hot tub is situated on the patio, just outside the living area of the cottage, and looks out at the large, enclosed garden. It is private and the perfect way to relax during your stay.

Please bring suitable footwear to wear between the cottage and the hot tub. Bath robes are provided for your use and we also supply plastic champagne flutes and tumblers, if you’d like to enjoy a drink whilst in the hot tub.

Please note: the hot tub is checked daily by a member of our housekeeping team.

Garden Cottage is generously equipped with everything you might need during your stay, from cooking up a feast to keeping the kids entertained.

However, at Eaton Manor Country Estate we offer more than just self catering, we have some fantastic additional guest services to take the pressure off so you can truly enjoy your cottage holidays.

For example, you could…

• Have your internet grocery order delivered for when you arrive.
• Enjoy delicious chef prepared drop off suppers delivered to your door.
• Indulge in a delivery of superb wine.

Please Note: Complimentary wi-fi is available in each cottage.

We welcome dogs at Garden Cottage by prior arrangement, and for a small additional charge.

As well as an enclosed garden and wonderful walks from the door, we provide a number of complimentary extras for guests with dogs.

We cater for all with our accessible holiday cottages.

Garden Cottage is suitable for those with reduced mobility.

We can provide a variety of complimentary reduced mobility items to make guests’ stay more comfortable (to be pre-booked).

Please note: The hot tub at Garden Cottage is not accessible.

There are two EV charge points in the main car park at Eaton Manor, just a short stroll from Garden Cottage, giving guests staying in any of our dog-friendly holiday cottages 24-hour access to charge their electric vehicles if required.
