Tailored Catering: We work with fantastic local caterers that can create festive menus ranging from canapés and finger or fork buffets to traditional three-course dinners. Alternatively, you can use your own caterer if you prefer.
Luxury Accommodation: With space for up to 56 guests on site, your team can stay overnight in our luxury holiday cottage accommodation and avoid the hassle of travel straight after the event.

What types of Christmas events can Eaton Manor host?

We can cater for a wide range of events — from formal festive dinners and drinks receptions to relaxed team getaways and themed parties.

Whether you’re planning for 20 or 120 guests, our venue offers flexibility and tailored solutions to fit your vision.

Can you help with event planning and coordination?

Of course! Abi, our experienced Event Manager, will support you throughout the planning process — from the initial enquiry to the final toast.

She can assist with everything from scheduling and supplier co-ordination to entertainment and décor.

Are there team-building or festive activities available?

Yes! Many organisers choose to include seasonal team-building activities like wreath-making, wine tastings, or countryside challenges.

You can also hire live bands, DJs, or a photo booth to add an extra touch of fun to your evening.

Can the venue be hired for a day?

Yes, our events venue can be hired for a day and/or evening event, including the use of all facilities within the venue. Timings can be discussed with Abi, our Event Manager, and midnight is the latest an event can run until.

We have ample parking adjacent to the venue (with two EV charge points).

Is catering provided?

Yes, a range of catering options are available. From three-course festive dinners to casual buffets or canapés and drinks, our preferred local caterers provide high-quality menus to suit your event’s style and budget.

Alternatively, you can use your own caterer if you prefer.

Is the venue exclusive-use?

Yes, our events venue is offered on an exclusive-use basis. This includes the use of our two large rooms (The Banqueting Room and The Heywood Room), as well as the catering kitchen and toilet facilities.

The venue is fully accessible, including the facilities.

How early should we book for a Christmas party?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak December dates. Many companies begin reserving their dates in the summer to ensure availability.

We only require a 10% deposit to secure your booking.

Is accommodation available?

Absolutely. We have luxury accommodation (single or twin/double occupancy) for up to 56 guests across eight holiday cottages. There are 19 ensuite bedrooms on our main site, just a short stroll away from the venue.
