Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are welcome (maximum of two) at each of our properties, except for Eaton Cottage.
There is an additional charge of £45 per dog per week and £35 per dog for a short break.
Is there mobile phone signal?
Orange (EE) and Vodafone work in this area. There is also a landline in each property.
Is there Wi-Fi?
All of our properties have complimentary Wi-Fi.
Are towels provided?
Yes, there is a hand towel and bath towel per person.
If you are staying between April & October, please bring your own towels for use at the pool. Please note that Eaton Cottage’s private pool is open from May to September.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is by 10am.
Guests leaving on Sunday are welcome to stay until 2pm, unless otherwise advised.

Where is the nearest shop?
The nearest shop is in Church Stretton, 4 miles away.
Do I need a car?
Eaton Manor is in a very rural location, without any public transport nearby, and therefore we would recommend a car so you can explore the wider area.
Are there champagne glasses in the properties?
Yes, there are champagne glasses (enough for each guest) in all of the properties.
How far in advance do the additional guest services need to be booked?
As soon as possible to guarantee availability, but at least 4 weeks in advance.

What sort of cookers are in the houses?
All of the properties have electric cookers with solid plates, except Eaton Cottage which has an induction hob and we supply pots and pans specifically for this hob.
Do you provide Travel Insurance?
For group bookings we recommend guests buy Holiday Cancellation Insurance. Pavey Group Insurance Brokers can offer a holiday cancellation insurance policy that covers group bookings as opposed to individual cover that may be provided by a standard travel insurance policy.

Are the gardens enclosed?
All of the gardens are large, private and enclosed.
Do you have a booking system for the shared swimming pool?
Yes, once at Eaton Manor you can book hourly slots at the pool each day for your group’s exclusive use.
Can we use fireworks?
We can only allow fireworks to be used in the week surrounding Bonfire night, at Diwali and Chinese New
Year, when they must be finished by 10pm, and on New Year’s Eve, when they must be finished by 12.30am. No indoor fireworks are allowed at any time.
Are we allowed to play music?
Out of courtesy to guests staying in the surrounding properties and the permanent residents of Eaton we cannot allow music outside in the gardens and we request that if you are having music inside the property that the doors and windows are kept closed and the music is turned down by 10pm.
What is included in the Baby / Toddler pack?
We try to provide some complimentary items to help during your stay such as a high chair, potty, changing mat, plastic plates & cutlery etc. For the full list of items click here.

Do you have a cot available?
Yes, we have one travel cot available per property but ask that you bring your own cot bedding.
Are all the properties suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
We try to cater for everyone but each property is individual and they aren’t all suitable for reduced mobility.

What is in the Reduced Mobility pack?
To help make your stay more comfortable we can provide a wooden chair with arms; a toilet seat riser with frame and a shower stool.
