We are delighted to introduce our new aerial film of Eaton Manor.
Situated in 500 acres of beautiful countryside there really is so much space at Eaton Manor for our guests to enjoy, and now with our short aerial film, we can properly show it to you….
With the dramatic Wenlock Edge on one side and the stunning Shropshire Hills on the other, and acres of green fields in between, you can be sure of space and tranquillity in abundance during your stay at Eaton Manor.
After a few months of hard work from some of the Eaton Manor team, we’re thrilled that our new short archery range opened this week.
Situated opposite our existing long range, the short range is ideal for our Have-a-Go Archery sessions that are so popular with our guests.
It is also a great addition to Eaton Manor Archery facilities that are used regularly by Archery clubs and teams from around the country.
The new range will allow shooting of up to 20 metres, with 6 bosses (all on wheels so shooting distances can be altered).
Located opposite our existing indoor long range (for shooting up to 70 metres, with 8 Tenzone Targets on wheels), it will have many of the same benefits as the long range, including the following:
- Fully accessible
- Heated shooting line
- Excellent lighting
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Access to toilets & kitchenette facilities
Please contact us if you would like to book a Have-a-Go Archery session during your stay, or if you would like to book either or both of our ranges for training purposes.
We were delighted to welcome a group of children to Eaton Manor recently for a day of fun activities, as part of support provided by The Young Carers Service.
This Shropshire based service supports young people aged between 5 and 18 years old who are a carer for a family member, who is ill, disabled, suffers with mental health difficulties or has alcohol/drug related issues.
The service provides a wide variety of support including: peer support, respite opportunities, 1:1 support from young carers in a similar situation, as well as a chance to have a break and have fun, which is where Eaton Manor comes in.
The children spent a day at Eaton Manor trying their hand at Archery, Air Rifle Shooting and Croquet, as well as having great fun in our Games Hall, a delicious lunch and enjoying music from a group of local Piano Accordion players.
We look forward to welcoming the Young Carers back to Eaton Manor in the future.

Christmas & New Year 2016 Guest Comments
“Great Christmas with all the family, from ages 1 to 81 at Eaton Manor. We were greeted with mince pies, Christmas tree and decorations in a lovely warm house. Lots of use of games room and walks nearby. Also visited Ludlow and Church Stretton. Memorable time for us all.”
“Had a wonderful stay with family over Christmas. The cottage was very spacious and well-designed. The kitchen was very well equipped and we liked the fact that the sitting room was separate from the kitchen-dining area. We enjoyed the games room and the suggestions for short walks from Eaton Manor (on laminated cards) were really appreciated. Would highly recommend.”
“We had a family gathering for New Year at Pendennis. On arrival the property was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. It was warm and welcoming, Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely addition. The kitchen was well equipped for us all. The estate was lovely, we made use of the games room which was very much enjoyed by the children in our group. On New Years Eve we had one of the recommended chef’s, Milly, in to prepare, cook, serve our meal to us and clean up afterwards. We had a fabulous meal, she was amazing, reasonably priced and the food was excellent. The added bonus of her clearing away was just fantastic. I can’t recommend using this brilliant service to anyone else staying at Eaton Manor. Contact with the staff at Eaton Manor from my initial enquiry to our stay was second to none, very quick responses to emails and very helpful.”

We’ve added some of our recent videos to YouTube which are well worth a watch.
They include one of the youngest members of our Eaton Manor family giving his commentary on ploughing in the fields; some wildlife around the estate, and a snap shot of harvest time at Eaton Manor.
