Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are welcome (maximum of two) at each of our properties, except for Great Western.
There is an additional charge of £45 per dog per week and £35 per dog for a short break.
Is there Wi-Fi?
All of our properties have complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as it being in the games hall and banqueting room.
Is there mobile phone signal?
Mobile signal can vary depending on network. If you click on the link below for your network provider you can input the Eaton Manor postcode SY6 7DH to get an indication of the mobile service you will receive.
Please note: These maps are not always fool-proof as forces outside of the control of telephone providers (such as local landmarks and inclement weather conditions) may effect signal within or around the property. Please contact your network provider directly if you require more information.
Wi-Fi Calling: You can make or receive a phone call via the Wi-Fi connection in your property if your mobile phone has the ability to enable Wi-Fi calling.
Are towels provided?
Yes, there is a hand towel and bath towel per person.
If you are staying between April & October, please bring your own towels for use at the pool.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is by 10am.
Guests leaving on Sunday are welcome to stay until 12 noon, unless otherwise advised.

Where is the nearest shop?
The nearest shop is in Church Stretton, 4 miles away.
Do I need a car?
Eaton Manor is in a very rural location, without any public transport nearby, and therefore we would recommend a car so you can explore the wider area.

How far in advance do additional guest services need to be booked?
As soon as possible to guarantee availability, but at least 4 weeks in advance.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept most credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express.
Do we need Travel Insurance?
We recommend guests buy Holiday Cancellation Insurance. This is not compulsory but we strongly recommend such insurance to protect against the cancellation penalty (see our Terms & Conditions for details on this).
Are there champagne glasses in the properties?
Yes, there are champagne glasses (enough for each guest) in all of the properties.
What sort of cookers are in the houses?
All of the properties have electric cookers with solid plates, except for Great Western which has an induction cooker.
Are the gardens enclosed?
The Manor House, Toad Hall, Pendennis, Curlew Cottage and Garden Cottage all have large, private and enclosed gardens.
Great Western has a large and private garden, not enclosed.
Woodpecker Way and Pheasant Walk have private and enclosed patios.
Do you have a booking system for the shared swimming pool?
Yes, once at Eaton Manor you can book hourly slots at the pool each day for your group’s exclusive use.
Can we use fireworks?
We can only allow fireworks to be used in the week surrounding Bonfire night, at Diwali and Chinese New
Year, when they must be finished by 10pm, and on New Year’s Eve, when they must be finished by 12.30am. No indoor fireworks are allowed at any time.
Are we allowed to play music?
Out of courtesy to guests staying in the surrounding properties and the permanent residents of Eaton we cannot allow music outside in the gardens and we request that if you are having music inside the property that the doors and windows are kept closed and the music is turned down by 10pm.
What is included in the Baby / Toddler pack?
We try to provide some complimentary items to help during your stay such as a high chair, potty, changing mat, plastic plates & cutlery etc. For the full list of items click here.

Do you have a cot available?
Yes, we have one travel cot available per property but ask that you bring your own cot bedding.
Are all the properties suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
We try to cater for everyone but each property is individual and they aren’t all suitable for reduced mobility.

What is in the Reduced Mobility pack?
