We are delighted to have won an award at the national tourism awards for excellence, recognising the best self catering accommodation in the country.

We received the Bronze award at the 2013 VisitEngland Excellence Awards ceremony in Manchester and are especially thrilled about this as we were the only finalist to be recognised two years running.

The VisitEngland Awards are the premier event of the year for our national tourism industry, celebrating and showcasing the best that the country has to offer.

On winning the award, Eaton Manor owner, Nichola, commented,  “This is a huge achievement for us to win such an esteemed national award, particularly as it is for the second year running. It recognises that we offer a unique venue focusing on first class; personal service and ensuring our guests’ stays and celebrations are truly special and memorable. We are proud that our collaboration with local people and businesses is the driving force behind our success.”

As a thank you to the hard working team that helps make Eaton Manor Country Estate the award winning business that it is, owners Nichola and Julian, took everyone to the glittering awards ceremony at Old Trafford in Manchester.  We had the pleasure of being part of an amazing black-tie event that saw Olympic athlete, Jonathan Edwards CBE, as guest award presenter and we were amongst a plethora of great winners, including renowned venues such as Beaulieu Motor Museum in Hampshire; The Roman Baths in Bath and The Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

All in all it was a wonderful event that we are incredibly proud to have been part of and to receive national recognition for our countryside estate in rural Shropshire is the icing on the cake!
