Our outstanding customer service has been recognised by our selection in the Shropshire Business Awards as one of the top four businesses in the county.

After the success of our Bronze award in the recent national tourism awards we are thrilled to have been selected in the 2012 Shropshire Business Awards as one of the top four businesses in the county of Shropshire that show outstanding customer service.

An awards ceremony was held at Telford International Centre last Friday and Nichola, Laura and Philippa went along to represent Eaton Manor. It was a great evening with over 600 people in attendance and a total of 10 awards up for grabs.

The Outstanding Customer Service category is for companies who go “the extra mile” in looking after customer needs and provide levels of customer service ahead of their competitors. And whilst we didn’t win (we were up against international companies with vast resources), we were delighted that our genuine hospitality has been recognised on this important platform for Shropshire businesses.
