During the past few months we have had the pleasure of welcoming many different groups and celebrations here at Eaton Manor, including a craft club; a 50th birthday celebration, and a family Easter break.
A Craft Club came back for their second visit, and enjoyed another wonderful weekend of crafting in Toad Hall. The group has already booked next year’s visit, and we are looking forward to welcoming them back once again.
In Spring we were delighted to welcome a party of people celebrating a 50th Birthday. This proved to be an incredibly special occasion with family from three generations, and people attending from four different countries. In all there were 46 people; everyone stayed here at Eaton Manor for the weekend and enjoyed a meal together in Toad Hall, prepared by our own fabulous Eaton Manor chef. The comment they wrote in the guest book really summarised the wonderful weekend they had: “Three generations, 4 countries and one special 50th birthday. Great accommodation, great walks and Jane’s catering on Saturday night was perfect. The nicest long weekend with friends”.
Thank you to everyone who writes in our guest books, or emails us with their comments; we really do love to hear about your stay. Here is an email we were particularly delighted to receive last week: “The service I have received from you and all at Eaton Manor has been exemplary, I hope that your hard work and capability does not go unrecognised”.
During Easter weekend we welcomed a family group to Toad Hall & The Manor House. They enjoyed full catering throughout their stay from our Eaton Manor chef. When they left, their comment in our guest book read: “A great four day break, with family split between Toad Hall & The Manor House. Muddy walks, evening runs, late night poker games while eating chocolate, young excited cousins playing together all with Jane and her team providing absolute top notch catering – exceptional. Never been to Shropshire before but look forward to returning with the whole family”.
