Pendennis Accommodation
Pendennis has 6 bright and airy ground floor bedrooms, all individually decorated.
The luxurious Rectory and Star Coppice Suites each feature 6' four-poster beds and
en-suite bathrooms, with the bonus of a TV in the Rectory Suite.
Comfortable and beautifully decorated, Ragleth and Darby rooms both offer twin beds
with co-ordinated covers and cushions.
Particularly suitable for families, Lilywood and Whitefields rooms offer the flexibility
of being either 3 single beds or a 6' double and one single - with the added luxury
of a television in each room for late-night watching!
As well as offering luxurious bedrooms, Pendennis has plenty of living space to
enjoy. The bright kitchen/dining room is the heart of the house, perfect for a family
celebration as it features a fully fitted kitchen complete with wine and champagne
glasses, a huge table seating 16 people and beautiful views down the valley.
Pendennis' main sitting room is the large conservatory, with spectacular valley
views similar to the kitchen/dining room and French windows leading to the patio
and garden, to open on balmy summer evenings. When the weather is not so inviting,
the conservatory’s under-floor heating ensures it is a cosy place to sit and
watch TV or perhaps a DVD. The second, smaller sitting room is an ideal room for
enjoying some quiet time with a book.
Pendennis has four bathrooms; two en-suite shower rooms off Star Coppice and Rectory
Suites, a main bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower attachment,
and a separate shower and toilet room adjacent to one twin bedroom.
Pendennis has plenty of safe, off-road parking for up to 8 cars on the private driveway.
