If you have to cancel your booking for whatever reason, not only will you lose your
deposit, but you are also still liable for the cost of your holiday.
Whilst we try to be as flexible as possible when things don't work out as planned,
to be ensure that both our customers and ourselves get a fair deal in this unfortunate
situation we offer a Cancellation and Personal Insurance scheme. This scheme, which
is recommended by Premier Cottages, has been prepared for us, and is arranged by,
Michael Pavey Westinsure. Costs are as follows:
