Wine tasting was a brilliant addition to a perfect weekend.
We had an amazing weekend at Eaton Manor everything was truey perfect. The grounds were beautiful and ideal for ten overgrown children like ourselves to play in! The terrace was also exactly what we needed for breakfasts together, BBQ's and generally sitting around chatting in the wonderful weather. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dishwasher was such a good help - no one wants to spend a hen weekend in the kitchen washing dishes.
The wine tasting was absolutley brilliant and was exactly at the right level for us. James was extremely informative but kept the atmosphere informal and fun at the same time. Every one thought this was the best decision I could have made, to arrange a tasting at the Manor House, rather than travelling to a nearby vineyard, everyone thought the activity itself was a very original idea.
Dinner on saturday night was fantastic. Not only was the food delicious but the service was great too, worth every penny!
Overall the weekend was enjoyed immensely by everyone, especially the bride which is the most important of all! It was mentioned asa possibility that we should come back with our partners sometime, which I think we should seriously consider.
